Thomas Gregory "Greg" Hughes

Greg was born on November 18, 1978 in Little Rock, Arkansas. He was a graduate of North Carolina State University, and spent his career in the restaurant industry. Greg enjoyed tennis, watching the NBA on TV, and spending time with his dog Kobe.

Greg was preceded in death by his grandparents; Loomis and Katherine Barrett and Ora and Jessie Q Hughes, all of Tuscaloosa AL, uncles; Orrin Barrett of Dothan AL, Donald Ray of Tuscaloosa AL, and aunts’ Marge, Dot, and Gerri all of Tuscaloosa AL.

Those left to cherish Greg’s memory include his parents; Tommy and Linda Hughes and his sister Traci all of Raleigh, his uncles; Bobby and Sammy Hughes of Tuscaloosa AL, his aunt; Margaret Barrett of Dothan AL, and many nieces and nephews.

A time of visitation will be held Sunday, September 9th from 2:00pm – 3:00pm at Brown-Wynne Funeral Home, 1701 E. Millbrook Rd. Raleigh, NC 27609, with a Memorial Service immediately following at 3:00pm.
