Heaven opened the gates on January 9, 2018 to receive Thomas Bradley Brown, Jr. at the age of 84. Tom, was born on September 17, 1933 in Kinston, NC and spent most of his life raising his family with his wife, Daphene Brown, in Raleigh NC. He loved to dance, he loved to laugh and he loved to be around people but most of all he loved his family and they loved him back.
He will forever be loved and remembered by his family, Greg Brown (son), Lorraine Atkinson (daughter), her husband G.W.; and his grandchildren, Warren Atkinson, Wesley Atkinson and Olivia Brown, and his wonderful extended family. He was preceded in death by his wife, Daphene Brown and his son Thomas Bradley Brown, III.
A celebration of Thomas’s life will be held privately for family and friends. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Raleigh Rescue Mission.
