Cathy and family, it has been quite some time since I saw you and Bob.  I most certainly remember his kindness and remember how well suited I thought he was for his job.  I also remember how proud he was of his family.  I am thankful I knew him.  My deepest sympathies.

My Thoughts and Prayers to the Singleton family.  Bob was a great person who always had a smile on his face, and he never met a stranger.  I enjoyed working with him and cherished the times we spent laughing and picking on each other.  He will surely be missed.

Dear Cathy and family, Today in the Meadville Tribune, I learned of Bob's passing. I worked with him at the Crawford County Court House in the 70s.  He was always so kind, pleasant, and professional. A really nice person to know. I watched the video of his life and I am so glad he was blessed with a beautiful family and loving friends.  Can't ask for anything better than that. We are very saddened by this loss. Bob accepted our daughter & grandsons with open arms but more importantly with an open heart. We were privileged to be apart of your family. You all are in our prayers.

I was a professional collegue during a time where the agency I worked for was combined with the one in which Bob was the Chief.  He knew it was a difficult time and was very kind to me and listened to my concerns.  His friendly demeanor and compassion was very appreciated.  Prayers to his family during this difficult time.

Cathy, Bo, Katie and Jimmy -- I was so saddened to hear about Bobby. As I sit and think about him and memories from our childhood,  it brings a smile to my face. He was always so kind. I was eating something the other day and remembered that I learned to cook it that way from my Uncle Bobby! My heart goes out to you and please know that he was so loved and will be missed.  Your niece and cousin.

Bob was my first supervisor when I started with NCE in 1991. He treated me like a son and I always appreciated that! I got to see him about 3 weeks ago for the first time in at least 5 years. So glad I did! Thoughts and prayers to his family. He was a very good man!

I was truly honored and fortunate to have worked so many years with Bob through my working in the Clerk's Office in and out of court. He always had such a great smile and was such a kind man.  Bob was a highly respected person and I know he will be missed.  Loss of a loved one or dear friend will give you peace in time knowing how much love he gave from his heart and the beautiful memories he left behind. It's not the moments we breath, but the moments that take our breath away. God Bless You.

Bob was a great professional colleague but, more importantly, a good friend.  His pleasant demeanor, his compassionate and giving spirit, and his concern for his fellow man were evident in his daily activities and his approach to life.  He was willing to take on new challenges as evidenced by his professional attainment  and progression through the ranks of the US Probation Office to ultimately become Chief. I want to express my deepest condolences to the Singleton Family. I will always have nothing but the fondest memories for my dear Uncle Bobby sending me emails wanting to know the latest dessert recipe I could share with him and he would always share with me what he was planning to make for the Holidays.
