Robert Bradley Duncan

Born September 28, 1958, in Maine, he was the son of the late Rufus Eugene Duncan, Jr. and the late Agnes Baker Duncan. He is preceded in death by his brothers, Gene Duncan and Jeffrey Duncan. Mr. Duncan graduated from Cary High School and continued as a sales executive for Central Garden and Pet for 30 years and was considered highly esteemed in his profession.

Bob married the love of his life, Linda Duncan, on November 2, 2002, on the beach, at Figure Eight Island in North Carolina. He loved fishing adventures and being on the ocean so much that it will be his resting place until he receives his glorified body. Bob loved planting, his Scottish Terrier, Jake, the ocean, and his family.

Mr. Duncan is survived by his wife of 21 years, Linda Gregory Duncan of Raleigh, NC, his stepsons, Terry Scott Call and wife, Valerie Call, and Kevin Bradley Call of West Virginia, a stepdaughter, Lisa Scarberry and husband, Bill Scarberry of West Virginia, a daughter Jennifer Denny-Proffitt, and a host of nieces and nephews residing in Florida, 11 grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren.

There will be a memorial ceremony with family and friends held in West Virginia, Saturday, February 17, at 2 Edgewood Dr. Hurricane WV, 25526 to celebrate Bob and his larger-than-life personality.
