Robert "Bob" Lewis Bailey, 63, passed away on Saturday, March 6, 2010 surrounded by his family. Born on January 13, 1947 in Portland, Oregon; he was the son of Col. A.S. Bailey, USMC (Ret.), of Fairfax, VA and the late Katherine Goddard Bailey.
Bob was a business partner with his son, Joe, at "Lawn and Order". He enjoyed playing golf and working on computers.
He is survived by his wife of 32 years: Teri Bailey, of Raleigh; son: Joe Bailey, of Raleigh; daughters: Jenna Bailey, of Raleigh and Amanda Budway and husband John, of Cary; grandsons: Sean and Forrest Budway; sisters: Christine Paddock and husband John, of Irmo, SC, Beth Hill and husband Bob, of Fairfax, VA and Sue Reilly and husband Richard, of Freeland, MD; sister-in-law: Jenny Bailey, of Ashburn, VA; and by many other family and friends.
Bob was preceded in death by his mother, Katy, and his brother Scott.
A Service to Celebrate Bob's life will be held on Saturday, March 13, 2010 at 3 PM in the Chapel of Mitchell Funeral Home (7209 Glenwood Avenue). Family will receive friends following the service.
