He is survived by his wife, Betty Andrew Marsh; daughter, Molly Marsh; siblings, Jeannette, Rick, Ted and Dale; other extended family and many friends. He was predeceased by his parents, Ray and Thelma Marsh, and brother, Alan.
Paul graduated from Cary High School and got undergraduate and graduate degrees at NC State University in statistics and operations research. He had worked at NCSU, Electricities, NC Department of State Treasurer and on contracts throughout the country. His favorite activity was golf.
Paul's wife and daughter will receive visitors at Brown-Wynne Funeral Home, 300 Saint Mary's Street, Raleigh, NC 27605 on Saturday, October 29th from 2:00 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.
