Pat was born in Raleigh, NC, on November 2, 2024. She was raised in Raleigh, graduating from Needham B. Broughton High School in 1958. She was employed as an Administrative Assistant in Extension Home Economics at NC State University for over 30 years, eventually retiring from the Department of Public Instruction in 2020.
Pat was a longtime active member of Wesley Memorial UMC, serving as Church Secretary for many years. She served many roles at the State Employees Association of North Carolina (SEANC), including President, during which time she was awarded the Order of the Long Leaf Pine. She was an avid Wolfpack fan, and a loving Mother, Grandmother, and Great Grandmother.
Pat is survived by her daughter, Lisa Bullard, and her husband, Steve; grandchildren, Christopher Bullard, and his wife, Laura, Emily Bullard, Abby Bullard; and her great-grandchildren, Roe and Hayes.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, December 21, 2024, at 11:00am in the Chapel of Mitchell Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorials in Patricia's name may be sent to Wesley Memorial United Methodist Church, by using the link below, under 'Donations'.
