Norma Smith Medlin

She worked as a secretary at ITT Continental Baking Co for 25 years and Young Moore Law Firm for 13 years.

Norma was preceded in death by her husband, Isaac E. Medlin, both parents, Mr. and Mrs. Graham W. Smith, Sr. (Donnie), sister, Dorothy Grimsley and brother, Graham W. Smith, Jr.

She is survived by her daughter, Lou Medlin of Greensboro, NC, son and daughter-in-law Isaac (Stoney) and Melissa Medlin of Stokesdale, NC. Three grandchildren Grace, Graham and Mary Hannah Medlin all of Stokesdale. Two sisters and their husbands, Carolyn and D.C. Ratley of Cherry Grove, SC and Linda and Tom Simpson of Wilson, NC. Several nieces and nephews.

The family would like to thank the entire staff of Beacon Place for the care and compassion they showed her in the final days.

Family and friends were invited to attend a funeral service on Monday, November 27 at Mitchell Funeral Home, 7209 Glenwood Ave., Raleigh, NC 27612.
