Nora Smith Williams passed away peacefully on April 19, 2012 due to complications after a long battle with Alzheimer’s.
She was born November 11, 1926 in Stokes County, Virginia. She loved gardening and working in her yard. She was an avid walker and loved to walk daily at Crabtree Mall.
She was the business manager for 30 years at the North Carolina Association of Educators.
She is survived by her son, Steven M. Williams and his wife Trudy and children Amanda and Rhone.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00p.m. on Wednesday, April 25, 2012 at Raleigh Memorial Park.
