Mrs. Slattery, I will always remember your warmth and kindness. You raised three kind,  talented, classy people - your life's work. And you helped raise many of their friends along the way too. May you rest in peace with your dear Mr. Slattery, who was also full of warmth, kindness and joy.

Loved looking at the pictures.  All those smiles with loved ones.  Biggest smiles with your dad.  Know they are both grinning ear to ear in heaven together again! May you find comfort in your happy memories.

Dear Janet, Mitch, Mary Gen, Hannah, and family-

Our family is so sorry for the loss of your mother.  Janet, I know how close you were with her, especially when she lived here in Raleigh-practically like girlfriends! Our girls brought our two families together and school, Indian Princesses, and friendship kept us close. 
I enjoyed the times we spent with your mother as she joined us in our activites. We were so lucky to have made her acquaintance.
I remember the way you and your mom  dressed alike in your Lily dresses and spent time together at the beach. Those pictures were a wonderful tribute to her. 
I remember fondly our wonderful lunch with your mom at Zest.  She was so proud of her family and I was lucky to hear all about the boys I had never met.

We have such wenderful memories of our neighborhood get togethers. Especially the night at our house when you and Clafton were judges for the chili cook-off. You always were so much fun, especially when you showed up at our house and visited for awhile before you told us you were locked out and needed our key to your house. I always enjoyed sitting with you and listening to your stories of your kids and grands. Your love of family is your greatest legacy!
