Marilyn was devoted to her church, and loved working with the children's ministry. She loved and cherished the time she spent with her family. They fondly remember her as a sweet, sensitive spirit who was very nurturing and a wonderful caregiver. She enjoyed baking and putting together puzzles.
Marilyn is survived by her children, Debbie Jones (Jim), and Tim Johnson (Karen); grandchildren, Stephanie Bain (Phil), Chris Jones, Jason Jones, Ryan Copsey (Mandy), Shawn Copsey (Kristy), and Christina Saxton (Dewey); great grandchildren, Amanda, Noah B., Justice, Hannah, Ethan, Noah C., Maddie, Zach, Austin, and Haley; sister, Suzanna Bullard.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, April 11, 2014 at 1:00pm, at the Raleigh Memorial Park Mausoleum, 7501 Glenwood Ave, Raleigh, NC 27612.
