Larry was very attentive to all his clients needs throughout his 37 years of hair styling. He was very loving, caring, giving and considerate to all who knew him.
He will be lovingly remembered by his mother, Marie L. Vassallo; his brothers, Edward Vassallo, of New York, Thomas Vassallo and his wife Pauline, and Joseph Vassallo, both of Raleigh; his sister, Theresa McBroom and husband Rickey, of Garner; his sister-in-law, Patricia Vassallo, of Raleigh, and by many nieces and nephews.
He is predeceased by his dear friend and life partner in 2010, Darleen Ashauer; his father, Charles J. Vassallo and his brother, Charles M. Vassallo.
The funeral service will be held at 3:00 pm, on Wednesday August 1, at the Mausoleum Chapel at Raleigh Memorial Park, 7501 Glenwood Ave., Raleigh, NC.
