Laura King Pavlovsky

She was a 1937 graduate of Hugh Morson High School. Laura worked with the North Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles for 20 years. She was a faithful member of Tabernacle Baptist Church.

She was predeceased by her husband Andrew J. “Captain Andy” Pavlovsky. She is survived by her daughter Gail P. Broughton Benfield (Jerry) of Horse Shoe, NC, son Robert Andrew Pavlovsky and grandson Robert Joe Pavlovsky both of Youngsville, NC, step-grandsons Tim Benfield (Kim), Matthew Benfield (Jennifer) and Mark Benfield; step-great grandchildren, Mark, Jacob, Garrett, Ella and Cade.

A time of Visitation will be held from 1-2 pm Tuesday November 11, 2014 at Brown-Wynne Funeral Home 300 Saint Mary’s St. Raleigh where a funeral service will begin at 2 pm. Interment will follow at Historic Oakwood Cemetery.
