Kevin Michael Norton

Kevin Michael Norton of Raleigh, North Carolina passed away on May 9th, 2024, at the age of 67. He was born on June 22nd, 1956, in Brooklyn, New York and during early childhood, he and his family moved to Raleigh, North Carolina. Kevin attended and graduated the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Arts degree while playing football for the Tar Heels. After college, he primarily worked in sales, reaching the position of Vice President of Brokerage Operations at ePlus Technology, Inc., complimented by his light-hearted sense of humor and ability to hold engaging conversations with anyone he met. Kevin loved community; friends and strangers alike, whether it was at a football game or local restaurant, Kevin gained the most joy from making others happy. Especially his daughters, whom he was unabashedly devoted to.

Kevin is preceded in death by his parents, Ruth Beattie Norton and Patrick Joseph Norton, and survived by his daughters, Eryn Kelsey Norton, Nicole Keely Watson and Julia Kathleen Norton. Kevin is also survived by his siblings, Phillip G. Norton, Karen Christine Norton, Patrick Joseph Norton Jr. and Ruth Ann Norton, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Family and friends are invited to attend Kevin’s celebration of life located at the Barrel Room at Lynnwood Brewing, 1053 E Whitaker Mill Rd, Raleigh, NC 27604, on Friday, May 17th, 2024, from 2 to 5PM (EDT). In lieu of flowers, please consider donating in his honor to the Alzheimer’s Association, https://www.alz.org, an organization committed to accelerating research, risk reduction and early detection of Alzheimer’s and other dementias.
