Kathryn Ann Jacobs

Kathy was born on July 6, 1938 in St. Joseph, Michigan; the daughter of the late Eugene and Regina Neversory. She graduated from St. Joseph’s Catholic High School and went on to meet and marry Joseph Leto. Together they raised five children.

In her free time Kathy enjoyed gardening, Bible study and water aerobics. She was also an accomplished painter. She spent her Sunday afternoons during football season cheering on her beloved Pittsburgh Steelers. Kathy spent many years as a real estate agent and retired as a property manager at The Capri on Singer Island in 2015.

She is lovingly remembered by her step-sister: Ronna Wyble of St. Joseph, MI; her children: Joseph Leto (Patty), of Northridge, CA; James Leto (Sherry), of Madison, MI; David Leto (Cindy), of Medford, NJ; Gina Campbell (Mark), of Blanco, TX; and Lori Davis (Marvin), of Oxford, NC; by her grandchildren: Katie Guerra, Joey Leto, Ashley Leto, Daniel Freer, Rachel Waters, Diana Garcia-Prats, Alicia Davis and Logan Davis; step-grandchildren Jerad Froehlich and Jamie Gurley; great-grandchildren: Vanessa Mazariegos, Makalya Guerra, Raleigh Waters, Ransome Waters, Isaac Garcia-Prats; and step-great grandchildren: Adeline Froehlich, Alyvia Gurley and Natalie Gurley.

Kathy was preceded in death by her parents; her sister Ginny Rupley; and her husbands Joseph Leto, Pete Moore, Michael Maushardt and John Jacobs.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, May 12th at 1:30 pm at St. Mark’s Episcopal Church – 3395 Burns Road – Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33410. Memorials can be made to the American Cancer Society or to hospice services.
