Judy was born on August 14, 1956, to Clyde and Christine Peedin, a family with deep North Carolina roots. After attending UNC-Chapel Hill and NC state, Judy spent her career at technology companies in Research Triangle Park. Various co-workers can recall how she treated everyone with warmth and kindness despite the hectic pace of work, and she will be missed..
Judy was also beloved by her family members, and as the extended family size increased, Judy made the time to offer guidance and love.
Judy always wanted to learn new things, and then to share this knowledge with others, She had recently taken up ballroom and latin dancing, showing off her skills at various parties and weddings.
She was preceded in death by her father, Clyde Douglas Peedin.
Judy leaves behind her mother, Christine Radford Peedin and her husband Keith; her siblings, Douglas Peedin (Carla), Virginia P. Knight (David), Sylvia Peedin (Ginger), as well as too numerous to count family and friends.
A celebration of Judy's life will be held at a future date.
