John D. Wright "Jack" died peacefully in his sleep on Tuesday, November 8, 2021. Jack was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather. He was loved by all who knew him. Jack especially loved his church, Hudson Memorial Presbyterian, and was deeply involved in church life for 40 years. He will be dearly missed and is survived by his sons Dayne Wright (Elizabeth) and Drake Wright (Angela); grandsons, Josh, Brandon, Carson and Jake; great grandchildren Lillie and Harlon; as well as numerous family and friends. Jack is preceded in death by his loving wife, Marie Stanley Wright and his grandson, Greyson D. Wright.
A graveside service will be held at 1:30 pm on Friday, November 19, 2021, at Raleigh Memorial Park.
