James P. Morgan Jr. passed away peacefully on December 7, 2012, surrounded by his family, in Raleigh, NC. Born November 9, 1923 in Mobile, AL, he was a graduate of Spring Hill College and a retired Naval Officer. He is survived by his loving wife of 65 years, Anne Farnell Morgan, of Raleigh, NC. He was the father of Marilyn Anne Morgan of Raleigh, NC, Jamie Elizabeth (deceased), James Phillip, III (and Julie Seaquist) of Milwaukee, WI, Mary Janet (deceased), Patricia Morgan Puls (and Steve) of Raleigh, NC, Robert Joseph of Raleigh, NC, Thomas Matthew (and Barbara, deceased) of Beloit, WI, and Timothy Michael (and Kim) of Virginia Beach, VA.
Additionally, he was a loving grandfather to six grandchildren: Tyler and Jeremy Puls of Raleigh, NC; Sarah and Anabelle Morgan of Beloit, WI; and Courtney and Kyle Morgan of Virginia Beach, VA.
