Jacquelyn Anne Statt Emerson

Jacquelyn Anne Emerson, 36, of Niceville, FL, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, September 12, 2013. She was born in Rochester, NY, graduated from the State University at Buffalo and received her MBA from NC State University.

She is survived by her devoted husband, Michael Emerson, her son, Cole Alexander, her loving parents, John and Valerie Statt of Holly Springs, NC, her mother and father-in-law, Ronald and Mary Emerson of Clearwater, FL and her brothers, Christopher [Malou] Statt of Birmingham, AL and Ronald Statt of Raleigh, brothers-in-law, Jonathan Emerson of Fayetteville, NC and Timothy Emerson of Tampa, FL.

She is also survived by nieces and nephew Brenner, Henning and Annecy Statt, Adriana Emerson and several aunts, uncles, cousins and very dear friends.

Jackie was a loving wife, mother and daughter. Her bright light and free spirit will forever be missed and she will always be remembered for her fun loving and inspiring personality.

The family will receive visitors on Wednesday, September 18 from 6-8 PM at Brown-Wynne Funeral Home, 300 Saint Mary’s Street, Raleigh.

A memorial service will be held Thursday, September 19 at 2 PM at Edenton Street United Methodist Church, 228 W Edenton Street, Raleigh.
