George Frank Dale, 63, passed away on November 30, 2011. Born on July 30, 1948 in Raleigh; he was the son of the late Hubert and Margaret Broughton Dale.
Frank graduated from Broughton High School and attended Sand Hill Community College.
He spent many years as a dedicated restaurateur with the Peddler Steakhouse and the Angus Barn among others. He enjoyed the beach life, sunshine, and time with his family.
Frank is survived by his children: Joshua S. Dale (US Army), Erin E. Dale of Raleigh and Laura Whitney Dale of Youngsville; brothers, Clark and Barry Dale; and sister, Julianne Ragsdale.
A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, December 4, 2011 at 3 PM in the Wynne Center of Brown-Wynne (300 St. Mary’s Street), with family to receive friends following.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Wake Medical Children's Hospital.
