Carlos Daniel Príncipe

Carlos is survived by his parents, J. Carlos and Jackie Príncipe. Grandparents Isaac Pérez and Rafaela Pastrana; José Manuel Príncipe and Ramonita Burgos. Uncle Isaac Pérez, Jr., aunt Tina Pérez; cousins Dominic & Lauren Pérez. Uncle Nicolás Príncipe; aunt Maritza Bentancourt; cousins Eriel Rivera, Carlos Manuel, Nicole, Nitza & Juan Carlos Principe; aunts Blanca & Joannie Príncipe; cousins Kachiri, Kariany & Kyara Príncipe. Godparents, Reverend Elson and Talita Santos; and a host of many others whose lives he touched.

Carlos attended East Carolina University and graduated from Strayer University.

Carlos was a true outdoorsman - enjoyed sports, golfing, soccer, fishing, and boating. Blessed as a talented drum player at an early age, he took part as the percussionist in church worship throughout his teen years; his infectious laugh, smile and spirit was ever present. A true friend to everyone. Carlos was one of a kind and will be terribly missed by us all. He was loved unconditionally as he was a beautiful soul. He now rests in the arms of our Savior Jesus Christ.

A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 4, 2023 in the Chapel of Mitchell Funeral Home. Burial followed in Raleigh Memorial Park.
