Blanca Quiroz de Dives

Blanca Quiroz de Dives (Majita) of Apex, NC passed away on Wednesday, March 15, 2023, at the age of 99. She was born on February 9, 1924 in Madero Tamaulipas (Mexico) where she grew up and started her family.

She is preceded in death by her husband Rafael Dives Sanchez, and her son, Rafael Dives Quiroz

She is survived by her daughters Rosa Elva Dives Quiroz and Maria Matula, her grandchildren, Roxana Manrique Dives Shevack, Felix Cantu Dives, Cesar Cantu Dives, and Leslie Cantu Dives, and her great-grandchildren, Tristan Shevack, Nicole & Daniela Cantu, Sammy, Oziel & Deyanira Cantu, Ivan Lee, Alexis Marie, Dominique Eva and Andrik Cantu.

The family would like to thank the nurses at Wake Med Hospital in Cary, NC, the staff, nurses, and CNAs from Universal Health Care in Fuquay, and the social workers and nurses from Transition Hospice Care of Raleigh for the care and compassion they showed our loved one in their final days.

A funeral service was held in the Mausoleum Chapel of Raleigh Memorial Park on March 23, 2023.
