Bernard "Buddy" Dalton

Buddy worked 30 years as a salesman for Raleigh Office Supply Company. He was a WWII Navy veteran who was active in his church and enjoyed golfing and fishing. He was also a devoted husband and loving father.

He was preceded in death by his wife Bernice K. Dalton. He is survived by his brother, Herbert Dalton of Lynchburg, VA; daughters, Kim Hankins of Raleigh, NC and Marie Gibbs of Bedford, VA; son, Mark and his wife Judy of Wake Forest, NC; grandchildren, Kate Hankins, Brett Dalton, Travis Dalton, Tamara Lacy, Trilby Daniels; four great grandsons, and two great great grandchildren.

Visitation will be on Monday, January 20, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. at Brown-Wynne Chapel, 1701 E. Millbrook Rd., Raleigh, NC. Funerals services will follow at 11:00 a.m. at Brown-Wynne. Interment will be held at Raleigh Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers, tribute contributions can be made in Buddy's name to Wesley Memorial United Methodist Church, 714 E. Whitaker Mill Rd., Raleigh, NC 27608.
