I got to know Chung at the family gatherings.  What I do know about him is that he loved his music and his food.  He knew how to cook the shrimp to the point everyone would ask who made those shrimp.  May he rest in peace....

My very first memories of Uncle Anthony include him laughing with me and my sister as young children.  No matter what the circumstances, no matter what was going on in the world, he always had a warm smile and quick laugh for us both.  Even though as the years passed I saw him less and less, whenever I did see him, that good humor was still there.  The last time I saw him, together with Tatie Fifi, Christian, and my grandmother, we were all laughing hysterically, trying to fit into a selfie.  I will miss your warmth, Uncle Anthony.  You are gone too soon, but the memory of you remains.  Rest in peace.

We are heartbroken to learn about the loss of Chung.  Our heart goes out to his family during this painful time.  Praying that God's love enfolds you all and comfort you all throughout this time. Tatie Fifi and Christian I am incredibly sorry your loss. Some of my fondest memories of Tony is when you guys would come down to Florida and how we always had to have a barbecue. Whenever it was my birthday he made sure to send wishes or even a little gift. I will miss his great presence.

Chung was a cook! He was kind, loud and softly spoken at times. He always had time for a joke or answer a question. He will be dearly missed by all. Going on vacation with Chung was a guarantee that laughter would be present. His laughter was unique! He definitely had the gift for giving. He cared, shared and lived life! Chung was a wonderful dad to Christian and a dedicated husband to FiFi.

Chung was happy in life, so we choose to celebrate his life rather than focus on his passing. My now grown sons always remind me of his helpful nature and his sense of humor. 
Chung was not a formal guy, he was humble and enjoyed a good plate of food with good company. He valued nothing more than his family and friends. 
You will be surely missed!

Knowing Chung was such a pleasant experience. I met him when I visited my brother and Maria in New York, and he was on many family videos as well always very jovial. He enjoyed life. Once you met Chung, you would soon find out that he loves to cook and always willing to assist when we planned get-togethers. He was one of the chefs for our Mom’s 90 birthday celebration. 
He was not only welcoming, but also a caring individual. I was really appreciative, that he took time to come with my brother to St. Thomas to visit my Mom when she was ill. My remembrance of Chung will always be precious. He will be missed. 
My heartfelt condolences go out to his wife Fifi, Christian, Maria and the entire family. May God comfort you on every side. Love and blessings to you.

The thing I remember most about Chung is how he enjoys being around family and friends.  He would travel miles to get his fresh fish and vegetables.  he was always talking about food.  I think of the song don't worry be happy because he would always tell Maria she worries too much. His famous words were "I alright man you worry too much" with a big smile and hand movements while shaking his head and of cause still smiling.  We will miss him greatly not being in Florida relaxing.

I met Anthony way back in 1992.We were working at Reliable Mail Service.We became good friends.He was fun to be around.He had a sense of humor.He always invited me over to his house every Thanksgiving/Christmas/New Year.He was a very good cook.I always enjoyed his food.The last time I saw him was in January of this year.I will always cherish the fun memories that we shared.R.I.P my friend.
