Toms family - I am so sorry for your loss.  May family memories comfort you.

Words cannot express the sense of loss that I feel for this true friend.  As I grieve thru my own pain, I find myself filled with sympathy for those that knew him and loved him even more than I.  Tom is a special soul that touched my heart and left me changed forever.  I will miss his smile, laughter and stories of his family and wiener dog.  He may not have been religious, but I pray for him, his family and his friends through this most difficult time.  I love this man as if he were a member of my own family.

Tom's Family,
I have had the great pleasure of working on large projects at Boeing with Tom. He was the most kind, helpful, and encouraging person that I have ever known. I know for sure that I am a better person just because our lives crossed paths.  After weeks of working with Tom I learned that my family lived just around the corner from his good friends the “Wards”, and so from time to time he would wave to me when visiting them. We both thought how funny it was that we had this connection. Tom will be forever in my thoughts and I will sincerely miss him. I thank god for the many hours I was able to have to work with him. Please accept my condolences for your immense loss.

Tom and I met at work and were friends. we would often share stories each morning, discuses work, laughed about things. I will never forget how when Tom talked about Lenny his face would light up. Tom had become a good friend of mine. We at work will all miss him.  Michael Bragg

I was a work collegue of Tom's for brief stints over the past several years. He was always pleasant to talk to and had a supurb smile and attitude. Best wishes to his family and friends, condolences for your loss. He was a pleasant guy to be around. -

 I didn't have the opportunity to meet Tom Shoemaker.  But he & I shared the love of dachshunds & I'd heard about his glorious gardens that now pay tribute to his memory.  Judging from his most kind and giving daughter, Tom Shoemaker must have been a very special man.  I'm so sorry for your loss.

My sweet Tommy, I don't even know how to express how heart broken I am.  Being your little sister was the best thing I have ever known.  Not a day went by that I didn't know you were there for me and you loved me.  I miss you so much.  Rest in peace big brother.  I love you forever.  I will see you again one day.
