May 12, 1938 – July 17, 2011. The miracle baby of 1939 survived spinal meningitis and went on to raise a family and have two very successful careers
Born in Seattle and Graduated in 1957 from Lincoln High School in Seattle.
Bob worked for and managed Pay ‘n Save stores for 30 years. After leaving, he then became owner of Tru-Tone Hearing Aid Service in Puyallup.
Bob was called by the Lord to establish the Ears For Kid Foundation ministry work providing hearing aids to the children of Peru. In addition to his ministry, Bob was a member of Linden Golf Club, the Elks, Eagles and served as past president of the Lions Club.
Survived by his wife Judy Wilson, children, Kim Wilson, Keith Wilson (Tammy), & Bridgette Lind (Mike), Grandsons Logan & Nolan Wilson. Sister, Patrica Neal as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held Friday, July 29 at 1 p.m. at Our Savior Lutheran Church 4519 112th Street East, Tacoma.
