Bruce E. DeHahn

Bruce E. DeHahn, 64, died peacefully Sunday, March 25 in his home in Puyallup, WA. Bruce was born on Nov. 23, 1947 in Lafayette, to Margeurite L (Brettnacher) and Bernard H. DeHahn. He attended St. Lawrence Catholic School and graduated from Central Catholic High School in 1965. On August 6, 1966 he married his sweetheart, J. Carol Bosworth and together they had 3 daughters. They divorced in 1979 but remained close friends. He is survived by his daughters, Theresa Byess, of Stockbridge, GA; Tammy Hemmie (Mike) of Puyallup, WA; and Tonya McConahy (EJ) of Carrollton, GA; his 4 grandchildren, Dylan Bringle, Jenna Byess, Blake and Breanna McConahy; a brother, Bernard "Benny" DeHahn (Bonnie), and a sister, Marcia Beutler (Scott) and a cadre of friends. Also surviving are 17 nieces and nephews. Bruce was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Mary F. DeHahn Schot. Visitation will be from 9:30 until the time of the funeral mass at 10:30 am Wednesday, April 4 at St. Lawrence Catholic Church 1916 Meharry St Lafayette, IN 47904 with Fr. Dan Gartland officiating. Burial will follow at ST. Boniface Cemetery.
