Arthur Dwight Six Jr.

Arthur D. Six, 85, Died Aug. 31, 2010 at University Place, WA. He was born Sept. 22, 1924 in Tacoma, WA. He retired from the Burlington Northern Railroad in 1978. He was a member of the Railroad Veteran’s Association and a lifetime member of Tacoma Sportsman Club. Arthur is survived by his loving wife, Carol of the home, Son; Michael (Becky) Six of Lakebay, WA, Daughters; Marge Bancroft of Tacoma, Patricia Stevens of Tacoma, Step-Daughters; Jackie Murphy of Tacoma and Charlene Brown of Yakima, and Brother; Richard (Dee) Six of Sumner, 12 Grandchildren, 14 Great Grandchildren and 4 Great Great Grandchildren. Viewing is Friday, Sept 3, 2010 from 4PM to 8PM at Powers Fruneral Home, Puyallup. Funeral Service is Saturday, Sept. 4, 2010, 11:00AM at Powers Funeral Home, Puyallup. Graveside Service will follow at Woodbine Cemetery, Puyallup. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Franciscan Hospice House, University Place, WA. Reception will follow the Graveside.
