She was born in Pulaski, TN on August 31, 1967, worked at The Little General Store, her father was the late Billy Carl Woodard, preceded in death by brother, John Allen Garner.
Visitation will be on Thursday from 3PM to 9PM at the Carr & Erwin Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, 8-30-2013, at 2PM at the Carr & Erwin Funeral Home, with burial in Maplewood Cemetery.
