Samuel P Fox

Sam was born in Brick Church, TN on December 19, 1935 to Charlie B. and Nettie Gosnell Fox. Sam had a deep love and dedicated his life to farming. He liked fishing and found great enjoyment in being a prankster and cutting up with friends and family. Sam was a member of Beech Hill Church of Christ and is preceded in death by his parents, 4 brothers, 4 sisters, and a great grandchild Keelan Carpenter.

Visitation will be held Thursday May 30, 2024 from 4pm to 7pm. Funeral services will be conducted Friday May 31, 2024 at 11am with interment to follow at Beechwood Cemetery.

Sam is survived by his loving wife of 70 years Lillian Woodard Fox, daughters Theresa Fox Carpenter (Henry), Julie Fox Stubblefield (Rickey), Darryl Fox Whitehead (Mark), and Christie Fox Braun (Donaven), grandchildren Stacy Carpenter, Scott Carpenter, Dawn Stubblefield Fox (Heath), Megan Stubblefield Coble (Clint), Keith Brown (Berry), Kelli Brown Hood (Cody), bonus grandchildren Ella Braun and D. Braun, great grandchildren Sean, Dylan, Lilly, Hallie, Dawson, Dallas, Noah, Asher, Sawyer, and great great grandchild Silas, caregiver Vickie O’Malley.
