He was born on April 20, 1950 to the late Robert Henry and Mary Frances Rutledge Dickey, he is also preceded in death by his sisters, Penny Minor, Peggy Bee and Camellia Hayes.
Graveside Services will be held on Saturday, May 11, 2019 at 12 Noon at the Rose Hill Cemetery.
Survivors include his sisters, Betty Jean Bowers of Mahomet, Ill, Polly Bee of Houston, TX, Maggie Ellis of Gray, TN, Iris Gilliam of Birchwood, TN, Grace Krueger of McMinnville, TN, and Janie Gowens of Hermitage, TN.
