Visitation will be on Tuesday, 11-3-2015, from 4PM to 8PM at Carr & Erwin Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be at 12 noon on Wednesday, 11-4-15, at Carr & Erwin Funeral Home with burial to follow in Maplewood Cemetery.
Survivors include: mother, Jennifer Appleton Dodd, step father, Kenneth Dodd, wife, Brandie Appleton, son, Hunter Lee Appleton, step son, Brandon Frank all of Pulaski, TN, brother, Wendell Phillips of Pulaski, TN, sister, Magen Hoover of Pulaski, TN, sister in law, Heather Brashears of Anthony Hill, TN., and his grandfather, Lonnie Ray and wife Brenda Appleton of Pulaski.
