She was born in Campbellsville, TN on August 20, 1943, preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Helen LeMay Adams.
Visitation will be on Thursday, 11-2-17, from 4PM to 8PM at the Carr & Erwin Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, 11-3-17, at 11AM, at the Carr & Erwin Funeral Home with burial to follow in Campbellsville Cemetery.
