Joann Russell

Joann was born December 13, 1941 in Rose Hill, TN to Roy B. and Alta M. Pinkleton Beets. She Joann was a long time member of First Baptist Church in Pulaski, retired from Genesco, but most people knew her as "Flo", their favorite waitress at the Hickory House. Joann was preceded in death by her parents, brothers Vernon, Billy, Eddie, and Paul Beets, sisters Reba Higgins, Mary Grace Whiby, Wilma Beets, Clara Mae Williams, Barbara Dale Henderson, Callie Beets, son Roy Brown Harmond, daughter Cynthia Ann Harmond.

Visitation will be 1-2pm Wednesday October 18, 2023 at First Baptist Church with Funeral service to follow at 2pm. Interment will be in Maplewood Cemetery.

Survivors include her son David Alan Harmond (Renee) of Fairview, daughter Mechelle Russell of Daytona Beach, sister Larry Sue Smith, daughter in-law Gina Harmond, grandchildren Dylan Harmond, Mercedes Weeks (Logan), Ryan Harmond, Amanda Sneed (Joey), Tansi Quick (Todd), Tabriya Robertson (Kyle), Josh Jones (Erin), great grandchildren Jasmine Sneed, Brooklyn Sneed, Zoey Sneed, Allie Quick, Westen Quick, Matty Weeks, Ryder Weeks, Talon Weeks, Gia Robertson, Laiklyn Jones, Sailor Jones, Khilee Jones, Sabrina Yokley, Doug Yokley, Sydney Myles.
