James Wiley Garner, age 63 of Anthony Hill died on Wednesday, April 1, 2020.

He was born in Pulaski, TN on April 24, 1956 and retired from Arvin. He was

preceded in death by his parents, John Nave and Florence Augusta Edwards

Garner, and his brother, Jerry Garner.

Graveside Services will be held on Friday, April 3, 2020, in Giles Memory

Gardens.

Survivors include his wife, Geneva Garner of Anthony Hill, his daughters, Shannon Garner

and Kristie Garner, both of Anthony Hill, his sisters, Rebecca Garner, Deborah

Garner and Lisa Gibson, all of Pulaski, TN.
