DeLanie Lucille Harris

She was born in Palestine, Arkansas on October 15, 1922, retired from Sears, a Pink Lady at Hillside Hospital, a volunteer at National Health Care, Pulaski, TN, an active member of the United Methodist Church and United Methodist Women’ s Group,

Preceded in death by her husband, John Buford Harris, Sr. and son, John Buford Harris, Jr., brother, Marvin Massey and sister Barbara Loewer.

Visitation will be on Sunday, August 7, 2016 from 4:00 until 7:00 p.m. at Carr & Erwin Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Monday, August 8, 2016 at the Prospect United Methodist Church with burial to follow in Prospect Cemetery.

Survivors are: sons, David Ken Harris of Prospect, TN, Al Harris and Sandra of Elwood, Illinois, William Harris of Prospect, TN, daughter, Barbara Harris Matesevac of Joliet, Illinois, grandchildren, Amy, Charles, John and Sarah Harris, Delaney and Jason Matesevac, Justin and Jordyne Harris, 9 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
