Vera M. (Cruz) Garcia

Vera M. (Cruz) Garcia, our loving mother, grandmother and friend, fell asleep in death April 4, 2014. Vera was born in Mosquero, NM on March 4, 1931 to Jose and Alicia Garcia. She moved to Pueblo, where she met and married Paul E. Cruz. Vera is survived by her children, Pauline Hall, Henry Cruz, Patsy (David) Bueno, Marsha (Jon) Hughley, Debbie (Paul) Bueno, Paul (Jayme) Cruz; 11 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandson. Vera was one of Jehovah’s Witnesses for more than 40 years; she loved to read her Bible and share its message of a better time under God’s Kingdom Rule by Christ Jesus. Her family and friends look forward to seeing her when the promised resurrection takes place in paradise on earth. Visitation from 4pm-7pm, Tuesday, April 8, 2014 at TG McCarthy Funeral Home.
