Steve Chavez, 61, passed away May 25, 2022. Steve enjoyed fishing, telling jokes, spending time with his dog Germany and watching Bruce Lee movies who was his childhood hero. Most of all, Steve enjoyed spending time with his children and grandchildren who were the light of his life.
He is survived by his children Jennifer Chavez, Desiree Ruybalid, Justine Ruybalid (Vito), Ashley (Chris) Leal, Anastaija Ruybalid (Bobby), Jeremy (Rochelle) Ruybalid, and Brittany Ruybalid; grandchildren Elijah (April), Brandon, Devon, Alexis, Jeremiah, Dominic, Lucciano, Liviana, Jewellissa, RJ, Lorenzo, Jeremy, Jayze, Avrielle, Deztanie, Dimitri, Ramani, Brianni; great grandchildren Jr, Eliseo and one more on the way; his siblings Donna Franco, Rick Chavez, Armondo Chavez, and Veronica (Philbert) LaFebre. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Steve was preceded in death by mother Margaret Chavez and siblings Valerie Chavez, Phillip Chavez, Dennis Chavez, Eufemia Sandoval.
Memorial Service will be held 2:00 pm June 24, 2022 at Imperial Funeral Home Chapel.
