Silas “Frank” Turner Jr. passed away October 14, 2022. He was born August 16, 1937 in Rosiclaire, Illinois to Birddie and Silas Turner Sr. Frank served in the United States Marine Corps for 2 years, and then continued his work as a welder at the CF&I. He received certificates in welding from Millwright and The International Correspondence Schools. Frank was a member of the Southwest Church of Christ, and the NRA. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, watching the Broncos and old westerns, and spending time with his family.
Frank is survived by his wife Arlene Turner, sons Mike, John, and Mark (Vicky) Turner; grandson Jason Turner; sister Martha Mattson, and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his sister Earlene Finto.
Funeral Services will be held Tuesday October 25, 2022 at 1:30pm at Southwest Church of Christ, with burial to follow at Imperial Memorial Gardens.
