Rod “Big Bad Rod” McDowell, age 68, passed January 14, 2017. Rod was preceded in death by parents Arlene & Robert McDowell. Survived by his wife Dorothy McDowell; children Brandie (John) Strah, Rodney (Barbie) McDowell, Steve McDowell; grandson RJ (Mike); granddaughter Morgan; great grandkids Shay, Joe, Josh; sister Sandy Chritchlow, and many nieces and nephews. Rod was a child of God, and devoted to the happiness and welfare of his family. He enjoyed motorcycle trips with his wife, and fishing trips with his family. Graveside services, 10 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 21, at Imperial Memorial Gardens Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to PAWS for Life or Hospice.
