Robert E. Butler

Robert E. Butler, 89, was born June 17, 1924 in Pueblo, CO and passed away June 22, 2013. Preceded in death by the former Marilyn Griffith, his wife of over sixty years. Survived by children: Jack (Cindy); Kathy (Henry); Arnie (Karen); Tim (Brenda); Maribeth (Pete); 9 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, and numerous dogs including his beloved Midge. He was a graduate of Central High School and Pueblo Junior College. He was also honorably discharged from the United States Marine Corps (he fought on Midway Island), was Past President of the Minnequa Club and was the owner of Bob’s Business Machines. Viewing 5 – 8 p.m. Tuesday. Funeral Mass, 10 a.m. Wed. at the Shrine of St. Therese. Contributions may be made to PAWS for Life or charity of choice.
