Nicole Marie Chavez, 21, passed away unexpectedly October 4, 2011. She will be sadly missed. She is predeceased by her grandfather, Rudy Trujillo, grandmother; Agnes Chavez; and cousin, Jordan Carbajal. She is survived by her daughter, Mariah Gonzales; parents, James and Annmaria Chavez; father, Mike Quintana; sister, Katelynn Chavez; brothers, James Chavez, Michael, Alex and Cody Quintana; grandmother, Maria Trujillo; grandfather, Obed Chavez; special aunts, Lucy, Rose and Ursula; special cousins, Liz and Kristina, as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins. Nicole was a great mother, loving daughter and sister. She loved music, poetry, art, laughter, social media and animals. Visitation Monday, 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., Imperial Funeral Home.
