Myra Faye Charles, went to be with the lord on March 16th, 2021, at Sangre de Cristo Hospice House in Pueblo, Colorado.
Born on March 15th, 1949. She is preceded in death by her husband, Ernest Charles. Myra leaves her children Dax (Kim) Charles, Bryan Charles, Benny (Jessica) Charles; grandchildren Aspen, Jules, Connor, Skylar, Molly, Colby Charles.
Myra was honored to serve in the Air Force before marrying Ernie and having three sons. She was passionate about caring for the elderly and held a successful career in nursing home administration. Myra will be remembered for her outgoing personality, good sense of humor, and delicious Cajun cooking. She leaves behind several friends and fond memories of good times in New Orleans and Pueblo.
The Charles family would like to extend a message of gratitude to Sangre de Cristo Hospice and Joni Fair Hospice House with special thanks to her nurse Diane, nursing assistant Ranae, and personal caretaker Sophia.
