Marie Vigil

Marie D. Vigil, 86, passed away May 14, 2011. She is survived by her son Mike (Donna Lippis) Vigil; grandchildren Michelle ( Mike) Ulibarri and Brandon (Chanae) Vigil; great-grandchildren Brandon Vigil-Archuleta, Brandis Vigil, Andi Vigil and Brayden Vigil; brothers Cres “Jr” Gallegos and John Gallegos and sister Isabelle Pacheco. She is also survived by niece Evera Wheeler and nephewJeff Archuleta who helped care for her and numerous nieces, nephews other family and friends. Marie was preceded in death by her husband Jose Reuben Vigil; parents Cresencio and Delfina Gallegos; sisters Gen Archuleta, Mercy Mihelich and her daughter in law Connie Vigil. Marie loved being outdoors, crafting, gardening, canning and cooking hot foods. She was very strong willed and loved life. She will be sadly missed. Viewing today 5-7 pm with rosary to follow at 7:00 both at Imperial Funeral Home. Funeral Mass Thursday 10:00 Holy Rosary Church with interment to follow at Imperial Memorial Gardens.
