Larry Joel Zerfas

Larry Joel Zerfas, 83, passed away Nov. 29, 2021, in Pueblo. He was the husband of Betty Zerfas. They Shared 20 years together. Born in Hays, Kan. Preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Caroline Zerfas; sisters, Helen (Bob) Gates, Barbara (Jack) Bradford, Wilma (Joe) Wickman, Marjorie (Tom) Kline; brothers, Ralph Zerfas, Frank Zerfas; sister-in-law, Jill Zerfas; brother-in-law, Bob Day. He is Survived by Betty Zerfas; his children, Brad (Mary) Zerfas, Larry (Bonnie) Zerfas and Deb Harms; his grandchildren, Brooke (Aaron) Hernandez, LJ Zerfas, Dillon Zerfas, Zach (Janelle) Zerfas and Robin Parkes; his great- grandchildren, Hayes Hernandez and Troy Parkes. Also survived by sisters, Cleo Day and Caroline (Gary) Gray; sister-in-law, Katherine Zerfas. A graduate of Central High School, he worked for the CF&I for 30 years, He belonged toTrinity Lutheran Church. He will be remembered for being a strong family man. The family will be holding a private service.
