Kim was born in Toronto, Ontario, Canada to Kenneth Webb and Patricia Hilderley on December 21, 1957. He was a simple man who forged his own path with a fire in his heart to create a life he would never regret. He was strong willed, opinionated, and if not loved he was respected. Kim was more than a man, but also a soulmate and a lover. He was a good husband, a brother, a father, an uncle, a friend, and the mostwonderful grandfather. He played a large role in the hearts of many young students in the Huerfano RE-1 district as Mr. Kim, and befriended many of the teachers and staff- those that knew and worked with him knew better than to walk across his freshly cleaned floors. He loved his Christmas lights, western cinema, fast cars and his little dog Ruby.
Kim is survived by his soulmate and wife of 45 years, Lee Anne Webb. Their five children Joseph K. Webb(Janee Torres), Nicole E. Webb, Christen A. Webb(Sean Dwyer), Anastassia M Webb(Charlie Vasquez III) and Tracee J. Webb(Mark Archuleta). His siblings Tammy Webb, Oscar Reyez, Roger Webb, and Stephen Webb of Canada.
