Kay Kendall, 70, departed her earthly life on December 3, 2010. She was born February 17, 1940. Preceded in death by her parents, Mike and Catherine Rozich; sister, Barbara Gibbs. She is survived by her Husband, Bud Kendall; daughter, Kelly (Kenny) DeGrasse; grandchildren, Jessica, Aric and Dillon; nieces, Deana and Desi Gibbs; Brothers and Sisters in law, Skipper, Paul, Ronnie and Connie Kendall. Funeral Service, Tuesday, 10 AM at George McCarthy Historical Chapel. Interment will follow at Roselawn Cemetery. Kay was a lifelong resident of Pueblo. She had many careers, but her pride and joy was when she opened K’s Korner Hallmark Shop. She worked there with her special friend (Leann (Lami) Bergles. She was adored by her many friends and loyal customers until she retired in 2005 and began enjoying her retirement. Frequent trips to Laughlin, Santa Fe, and camping on the river with her beloved dogs Tug, Tessie, and ToTo were some of her favourite things to do. Also, the time she spent at Pet Paradise where she fulfilled her love of all animals. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, auntie and loyal friend to all who had the privilege to know and love her. She touched many lives with her generous caring ways and her beautiful face will be deeply missed by her family and friend. Donations may be made to Joni Fair hospice House or PAWS for Life.
