Josie Trujillo, 90, born to the union of Gomisindo “Monty” and Eufemia “Fannie” Mondragon on December 14, 1923 in Pueblo went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on May 12, 2014. Preceded in death by her husband, Dan Trujillo; parents and brother, Able Mondragon. Survived by her children, Ralph (Helen) Sanchez, Bill (Celia) Sanchez, Lennie (Ron) Regalado, Virgil (Mary) Aragon and Theresa (Joe) Sierra; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She also leaves behind sisters-in-laws, Jenny (Joe) Chacon, Rose Barela along with extended family and friends. Josie enjoyed going to Cripple Creek, playing bingo and watching the Denver Broncos. She loved family dinners and get togethers so she could pamper her guests and family. A special thanks to her caregivers: daughter, Lennie; granddaughter, Danette; the staff at the Villa and Hospice who cared for Josie.
