Jose (Joe) was born in Yauco, Puerto Rico and moved to Pueblo where he met his now late wife, Elaine Gallegos. He had a love for music and played in Trio and mariachi for many years. He was also a movie buff and a man of many trades. Jose was loved by many and will be missed by all who knew him.
He is survived by his sister Alice LaCrue and four children Yvonne Bermudez, Barbara Ailport, Josephine Gonzales Gifford and Venesa Bermudez, grandchildren; Alfred, Quanisha, Mikey, Cheynoa, Van, Rickie, Venesa, Kayla, Alisha, Alliyah, Isabella and Matthew. Jose had eighteen great-grandchildren in total.
Predeceased by son;Joe Bermudez.
Per Jose’s request, the family will not be having any services. Thank you all for your condolences, understanding and outpouring of love for our father.
