Jake was a proud family man who was and will always be loved dearly by his family. He was an incredibly supportive and loving husband and companion, father, grandfather, and great grandfather.
Jake is survived by his wife of 29 years, Tina; his children Ronnie, Anthony, and Cheryl; his grandchildren Candice (Jeremy), Ryan (Kaci), Christopher, Roman, Jessica and Sean; and great grandchildren Zariah, Kayli, Kaine, Quinn, Kaiden, and Anthony. He is also survived by his beloved canine, Mindy.
We will all miss Jake dearly and all memories with him will be cherished eternally. Upon Jake’s request, our family will be celebrating his life privately.
